This sounds and looks like a serious piece about war, fascism, important stuff. But it is actually mostly a ton of fun for me. The vocal fragments are from old radio plays, this particular piece was about the war, clearly. I cleaned up the fragments by splitting voices and backgrounds with @LALALAI and enhanced them with the podcast tool by @Adobe .
The music was made in a bit of a hurry, because of time constraints (i have to finish these challenges before 12pm). But it did hold some of the urban elements of what I was supposed to be producing last Monday.
For the video I took a kind of “graizing” approach, yes, I did make that word up, no idea if it exists. I generated images with Fotor (to test their new model and the styles, I choose Neonpunk for this series), and then used them on two different sites. On Leiapix to generate movement based on depth maps, and on @RunwayML as image prompts to generate videos. The results of these went into @topazlabs Video AI to enlarge and refine the video result. And then went wild in After Effects to make them gritty, and I further stacked layers of noise, grunge and distortion, get the words behind some of the elements in the videos, and adding layers of smoke and fire. I do this to learn and have fun. This video did both of that in large quantities!
